The present project has a central activity that consists in the development of a model of Digital Diary Venue that can be implanted in the territories of the euroregion.  In the development of this activity treats  to achieve:

• Elaborate the Digital Diary of the Euroregion, Galicia- North of Portugal to favour the implantation of a digital strategy venue in the Euroregion.
• Create a model sistémico of implantation of the Information Society for the EELL, that can adapt  to the peculiarities of the distinct places.
• Generate and present the instruments, the methodology of coordination and, especially, generate an inertia of cooperation and constant modernisation of the local administration in the Euroregion.
• Sensitise and qualify to political managers and technicians to municipal level to optimise the use of the public resources for the development of the Information Society.

• Block of participation (in which they include  contributions of experts and groups of contrast).
• Plan of qualification and communication.
