• Favour the implantation of a digital strategy venue in the Euroregion.
• Improve the transferibilidad of the model designed to other regions of the EU.
• Boost the cooperation between the public sectors-public and public-private, with a special collaboration by part of the technological sectors, university and of investigation, looking for the value added in the improvement of the processes through the and-innovation.
• Establish mechanisms of coordination with the local entities for the exchange of experiences, sharing resources, boosting the technological development and guaranteeing the sustainability of the bonds generated.
• Generate "e-ecosystems" Where establish synergies with other performances to local level, regional or EU (Centres TIC, Internet in the Libraries, Universities, Institutes of Technological Innovation, etc.)
• Support with the results of the project to other local and regional networks in the frame of the EU that they want to advance in the use and application of the Tics in profit of his relation with the citizenship.
• Promote the culture of the digital "solidarity": In which the spirit will tend to be the conjoint provision of services on line surpassing the organisational and geographic borders.
