InLugo is a pilot and knowledge to generate innovative projects that promote the welfare and social equality through the promotion of a social model of growth based on ICT center. Through a methodology based on the living -lab, and in the process of collaborative innovation between enterprises, public institutions, universities, colleges and citizenship, InLugo contributes to increase opportunities and quality of life of citizens, with special emphasis on the most disadvantaged groups in their access and use of ICTs, reducing the digital divide. Lugo IN objectives are:

• Building projects that incorporate new knowledge and innovation come a component directly related to disadvantaged groups.
• Promote the involvement of all stakeholders in the pursuit of innovative projects.
• Make available to the public the knowledge generated and related to the Information Society, with emphasis on disadvantaged resources.
• Promote projects related to the Information Society and promote the creation of knowledge networks for the exchange of knowledge generated.
• Promote the creation of innovative companies by disseminating experiences generated by promoting job creation and business cooperation.

Scope

• Citizen access to ICTs, especially the underprivileged.
• Space test innovative products and services specifically designed for these communities improve their quality of life.
• Training activities for the collective interest.
