Published Order to the functional and technical conditions to be met General Entry Point Electronic Invoice regulating

Under Law 25/2013, of 27 December, to Promote the creation of electronic invoicing and invoice accounting in the public sector, is rushing one of the structural reforms that will streamline procedures and make payment to the provider certain invoices to existing payment, with the ultimate aim of reducing delinquency government and thus contribute to improving the competitiveness of enterprises

To achieve these ends, this Order includes, among other measures to improve the protection of suppliers, each Public, state, regional and local administrations, general available entry points to electronic invoices that providers can present them and arrive electronically to the appropriate accounting office for the same from you may refer it to the appropriate administrative body processing.
